Our youngest class is designed to make Jiu-Jitsu fun first. Every class covers the broad strokes of Jiu-Jitsu at a pace that keeps little ones engaged and coming back.
Classes wrap up with grappling games that reinforce what was learned in a way that feels like play. No submissions are taught at this level.
Structured.
Competition Ready.
The 8–12 class is where Jiu-Jitsu gets serious — in the best way. Faster-paced and more structured, students learn positional control, submission chains, and how to put techniques together.
For kids who want to compete, we can gear training toward tournament preparation. Competition is always encouraged but never required.
Gi. Nogi.
All Levels.
Our adult program covers the full spectrum of Jiu-Jitsu — Gi, Nogi, Fundamentals, and Open Mat. Whether you're stepping on the mat for the first time or preparing for competition, there's a class built for you.
All adult classes welcome every belt level, taught by black belts with real competition experience at the highest levels of the sport.
